you cannot send texts, but can you make calls? does data work? If neither, than it is not problem with the port but problem with the activation. You need PM to help, and you need to message them (since you probably cannot login My Account and open Chatbot ticket). Message PM here:

did you download the free Public Mobile app to activate your new accou8nt, as required.
Did you reply YES to port request ?
