Can’t get service

Probably one of the most frustrating provider change experiences ever. I switched to Public Mobile yesterday at around 2:30pm pst from Koodo with the flash sale. Went through the whole process and transferred my old number, lost service with my old carrier and since then have not gotten any service. My old esim still says Koodo. I checked with Koodo and my number no longer exists with them.

I searched everywhere online and also tried the chat bot, trying to submit a ticket. When trying to submit my ticket, the “submit” button is greyed out never becomes available… I don’t know what to do anymore. No service, no customer reps, no submit ticket feature that works…

Hi, thanks for the response. I have sent a PM to cs_agent. I am not using a physical sim, just the esim. Ive tried rebooting many times and have reset my network settings. Nothing worked

Try submitting a ticket another way by selecting a different issue. I had the same submit button greyed out issue.

I can’t submit anything at all, the button doesnt work. It mentions * fields being mandatory but none of the fields have a star on it. I also tried filling in every single field but still cant submit

don't use Chatbot, use direct message to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

And you said you have no service, did you remove the old sim card and disable old eSIM? Make sure PM sim is enabled and set as Primary.  Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings

They are super overwhelmed by the promotion, it'll take a while to clear the backlog.

If you're still having trouble, go to the chatbot and type "Support ticket".
