My payment is due now and I have no service so I'm trying to login into my acc and can not get in ..
This is ridiculous..why do they always have to change things ... I can't even submit a ticket cause it's telling me my info is wrong??? Meanwhile I've used same login info for past 2 years .... need help ASAP

You could get payment vouchers at Shell Gas or Walmart , then dial 611 to add to your account.
PM website will stabilize ...eventually !

HI @Melissawarren20 do you remember your 4 digits pin, if so, you can make a payment using *611
For getting access to My Account, yes, there has been some reports about access issue. Did you get the 2FA code from your email? check the spam mail
if still unable to login , open ticket with CS Agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
