Hello,
I tried signing up with my email address and it states not a valid email address. I've tried another email address where it appears to go through but there's nothing sent to my email from pm. What can I do to resolve this issue? Thanks

Is it possible that that email was already used with public mobile?
I probably wouldn't expect reply.
You can use aliases, if you use Gmail, name+pm@gmail or name+7@gmail goest to the same inbox as name@gmail

My mom just signed up and she didn't get an email from PM, you only have to put your email in to make sure that it is registered.

@new2pmobile PM doesn't send you an email. The only requirement is to sign up with the same email used to register for the promotion on a $25 or higher plan by May the 22nd. When you send your email this is the acknowledgement given

@new2pmobile , try clearing the browser cache and registering the email address again. Just for fun, I registered an email address that I know has not been used before and I didn't get a negative response and I also didn't get a confirmation email at least not right away. I would say keep track of which email address didn't register a response. If there's issues with getting the promo, you can contact the moderator team then for resolution.

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
