Hello team, I was unable to download public mobile on my mobile device to complete the activation, even after I have made payment. I would like to recall the payment as I was unable to download the app on google playstore due to region restrictions, I was not able to change my region to Canada as well. Please note that I recently moved into Canada from Nigeria. Kindly assist reverse payment to the credit card where the funds came from.
