Can't get Public to send me the port out confirmation

I'm hoping someone here can help me. I've been trying to port out my number from PM to Freedom for the last 4 days now. Freedom has sent the request but PM won't send me the confirmation SMS. I've left multiple CS tickets and haven't received back any communication.

I'm not sure what else to do. Hope someone can advise.

first, is your PM account still active?  If so, it is good

next you need to do is to ask Freedom to send the request to PM again. 

if you still not receive the text, ask support agent to check.  you can message them by direct message:
