Can't get Mobile Hotspot working with Samsung Galaxy Note4

It says my Mac is connected but the internet doesn't work. Please help me with APN settings, thanks!

Finally got it working by filling in APN type: default,supl,mms,dun

All the APN settings are filled in the same as that example for my device but mobile hotspot still does not work.
