Yesterday I successfully enabled call forwarding on my Public Mobile line by using the *21*__________# code on my dial pad. My calls began ringing on my second phone. Today I tried to disable call forwading so that my calls would stop going through to my second phone. I used the #21# code and received the pop up "Call Forwarding Service Disabled", but all my calls still go through to my second phone. I even went into the settings in the phone app on my Android phone and selected "disable call forwarding" and again got a pop up "Call Forwarding Service Disable", but it isn't. I created a Support Ticket but haven't received a response. I'm going to leave on a trip and need my phone and the ability to receive voice calls, but my calls keep being forwarded to our second phone.

HI@Nezgar
is your conditional forwarding working? seems like it has not been working well lately. I tried a week ago and didn't work

Late to this thread... to cancel "unconditional" forwarding, you need to dial ##21# - you need that double pound before 21.
Also someone else suggested ##004# - this will separately clear/reset any customizations to "conditional" forwarding, but will leave "unconditional" forwarding settings untouched.
I recommend testing forwarding and unforwarding with the *21*xxxyyyzzzz# and ##21# settings to get the hang of it. It should normally work pretty reliably. I had speeddials setup for the longest time to route calls where I wanted them to go and cancel - this was especially nice on my old BlackBerries where you could set speeddials on every letter of the keyboard. 🙂

UPDATE: the cyber demons have gone away - my phone just rang for the first time all day so Call Forwarding is now turned off. (maybe there was four hour lag PM's end after I disabled it?)

I tried the menu option in the phone's dialer app settings to turn off call forwarding (which actualy says it is off), and I get the pop up "Call forwarding service disabled" (just like when I use the #21# code) but it is still call forwarding.

hi @frcraig
reboot your phone and reset network settings and try again
also, you can try your sim card on another phone and then try the 2 Disable forwarding code on the other phone
if nothing work, then you will need PM support to help

I tried your suggestion, but I get "invalid MMI Code".

I tried typing in the #21# code in the dial pad and get the message "Call Forwarding Service Disabled" - but it isn't. I can go into the dialer app's settings which gives several options, all of which suggest Call Forwarding is disabled. If I toggle the "Disable Call Forwarding" switch I get the same "Call Forwarding Service Disabled" pop up as when I use the #21# code - but again it isn't disabled. My calls continue to be forwarded to our second phone.

try ##004#

@frcraig , are you able to cancel call forwarding on your dialer app? There should be a menu option for turning call forwarding on and off.
