I'm having an issue with changing my plan. When I click change plan in overview, I get no plans to select from (picture 1 below). If I click try out more options, I get an error page (picture 2 below) and if I click plans and add-ons I get an error saying logout and login again (picture 3 below). Tried on mobile and desktop, same thing. Any ideas?

Oddly enough incognito mode worked, plan changed successfully. Thank you for the help.

The website can be finicky at times.
Try opening a tab in incognito mode; it is strange how doing this fixes these types of issues.
Let us know if that worked!
After I re-read that I see you tried it on different devices...maybe the website is down in your area....to confirm maybe ask the moderators (if the incognito mode does not work) to check your account.
