I have recently moved back to Ontario and need to change to a Ontario number instead of having a Alberta number keeps giving me a change number failed message have shut phone off and restarted it a few times and nothing will work can u please help me just paid my bill and can’t change number to Ontario number

Login to your self serve you will see change number option also try different browser if that doesn't help then Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number

No neeed to restart phone, check phone settings or any stutf like that. Your phone can't cause failures in self serve account. Try again later or maybe try different web browser. Have you changed number recently?

If you have changed your number inside of 30 days then you can't change it again until after 30 days.
