I am part way through my activation and am trying to cancel. I have entered a charge dispute with Visa because I have been charged already. Anyone know how I can cancel my subscription?

Thanks for reply. I believe I have done that now. They don't make it easy for a senior guy like me. I went with Virgin Mobile. I could actually talk to someone!!

I can't log into my account because I never completed the 6 steps for the subscription because I changed my mind. Because I never had a subscription I am asking for the money back, hence Visa dispute. I think I have been able to submit a ticket. Will soon see. Thanks for replying.

@Don6789 I'm reading this as you are part way through your activation and changed your mind but you passed the step for payment? Message customer service directly and see if they will reverse the charge though if you already started a chargeback with Visa it may be a moot point.

HI @Don6789   the dispute means you are asking Visa to proceed with a chargeback? if it is , once it is charged back, your account with PM will be suspended, more like closed

With the current cycle you just paid, PM is a prepaid provider and won't provide refund.  

And can you login to My Account?  you should login My Account and  disable Autopay so PM won't continue charging you

Well... @Don6789 , if you already proceeded with a chargeback from your payment card, it'll cancel the account.
