My phone won’t even call *611 so I can load money into my account it hasn’t worked in four days I’m ready to switch carriers soon if these issues aren’t fixed!!!

@Chrisfaddies Unfortunately, the 611 problem has been an issue for several days and PM is aware and working on a fix but so far there doesn't seem to be any resolution to this. Have you tried calling 1-855-478-2542 instead of 611?

Try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and see if it works
If that does not work either, you will have to try to access My Account to make the payment and resume service.
Try to use the Reset password link there if you need it reset
or If you cannot self reset the password, open ticket with PM Support
