Just activated my new sim but can't call and receive calls but I can receive messages..Going straight to my voicemail. What should I do..please help.

Is your account Active?
Do you see Public Mobile as your mobile provider on your phone?
Did you port your number?

@Monette hi did you transfer a number from another provider? at first glance it seems like a provisioning issue
to get help contact a service rep

@Monette do you see on the status bar on the top of the phone screen if it is connected to PM network? any status bars? Or any error like "No Network"? "no sim" or "Sim not provisioned"?
this can be just a sim provisioning problem and it is an easy fix by PM support. Just need to open ticket with them. Please do so:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
