I can't access my account and I want to cancel before payment comes out. Help!

@NIc2626 If you are transferring your number to another carrier you need your PM account to remain active. Once the number has successfully been transferred to the new provider then your Public Mobile account will automatically close.

Try on the app and if you cant log in with the app then try web browser.
