Can't access my account

I have been locked out of my account, forgot my password now it says I have to wait an 1hr to get bk into it and I'm trying to pay my bill plz unlock it so I can change my password!!

When you say emails, did you send a private message to the mods? Only send one as more will drop you down the queue.

The password reset system has not worked for quite some time.
