Hello,
I just set up a new account for my wife - sign up went fine, as did SIM activiation (I think). But, it doesn't appear that the plan was set up on her account. Voice, data and text do not work, though she is receiving the activation texts from public mobile.
Payment was taken, but it's showing as a balance and no plan appears in her My Account page. The page to change/view the plan is also not working.
Is there a problem here or is patience what's required? When I set up my own account it was done and working in minutes.
