Can't access my account through the app or *611 to add a tipup voucher.

@Tee82 It could take 1-2 hours to get a response back from customer service. Just make sure to keep checking your community inbox every once in a while for their response. (little envelope on the top-right of the screen)

Also I bought it about 3 hours ago so no it has not been over 24hrs.

what error you got?? when you bought it? over 24 hours?

try call 1-855-4PUBLIC to load the voucher 

if same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
