Can't access account since Nov 11

Hi I activated my sim and created an account on Nov 11 and am still not able to login I have submitted 2 tickets that date on the activation email said next auto pay date is dec 1, 2016 but I signed up for the 90 day plan can someone please look into this ASAP?

You can dial *611 on your phone and manage your account from phone.
