Recently got a Can/Us plan @ $36/month. I see now today the Black Friday deal for Can/US/Mexico for $35/month and I would like to switch, but the plans do not show up in my account as an option. Will they, or would I have to leave PM and come back as a new subscriber.

i think $25 subscribers will only see $35, $45 and $55 Canada/US/Mex plans only

@golfball I have that plan too and thou it averages $25 a month it’s $75 90 day plan so that why . If you were on $25 1GB 30 day I bet you would see the $29 MEX plan

@slusagm My plan is technically a $25 plan ($75 60GB 90 days) and I don't have it, but I do have the $25 for 10GB plan. Strange.

i have that plan too.
it depends on your current plan. Basically everyone see at least two Meixco roaming plan, you will see more if your current plan is one of the cheapest one

Agent was able change plans. It just cost me the balance of this month billing. Not a deal breaker.

I just activated the $36 plan switching from Virgin. Literally an hour ago and then the $35 deal came up. I can’t see it as an option to switch on the app either.

yes, I would be careful not changing plans here and there. There was another post mentioned that the person and his wife have the same plan but dont see the same Mexico roaming plans offering.
I would wait till (or even after) Black Friday and see if the plans will show up
Of course, you can surely try your luck and ask agent today

@DesCor @Yes try them first if not I’m sure changing to $30 plan would work and you can look at it two ways give them $30 going forward instead of $36 if they won’t help . And if it does work you can then change to the $35 Mex plan and it cost you $30 to do which is cheaper then it would be to port number out and back in for the desired plan always 2 ways to skin the cat 🐱

I tried a different browser and cleared cache and everything, same issue. I can see the $45, $55 and $30 plan on the website.
on the app, I see those 3 plus $36 CAN US 500 LD Mins

@DesCor Wonder if you were to immediately switch to the $30 plan then would the $35 CAN/US /MEX plan appear as plan price upgrade . Might be the only work around if support won’t help

people on $25 and under should see all Mexico plans
people on high end plan would see only the $45 and $55 Mex plans

I see all the Black Friday deal in my account on the PM app.
Maybe logout then clear cache and log back in your account and see if the Canada/USA/Mexico plans are in your Subscription account.

do you at least see some Canaaa/US/Mexico plan or none? it is true some customers only see 1 or 2 such plans but not all of them.
if you don't see the one you want, you can try asking support. But keep in mind, they might come back and tell you they can't help and you can only change to what available to you on your My Account
