Exactly as it sounds, I can't submit a ticket to transfer my number from PC Mobile to Public Mobile. I Said yes to the transfer a while back and I got notified that it didn't go through. Anytime I try and submit a ticket it says that something went wrong. I need that number so I can contact people and get access to my other accounts associated with that number. I'm not sure what to do as I'm currently at work and can't get my previous sim card to say yes again if that is what is needed.
