I haven't logged in to my daughters public mobile account for some time. I never ever set up an eversafe account for her. I can not log in with her old userid and password. The system doesn't recognize her email address or her phone numer so I can't even try a password reset. What do I do? I want to change her subscription plan.

Create an Eversafe ID for her account using the registered email and password.
Just click on Sign Up and create one.

that process now requires you to have Eversafe credentials before you can access the account.
