My home buzzer is connected to my cell phone and I can’t buzz people in. I have checked with my building and Apple, they have both said it is my provider. I get the buzz call but I can’t answer and buzz people into my building. This is very inconvenient. Does anyone know how to fix this? Would love to hear from Public Mobile.

@MyTran it could be an issue with the system not picking up the buzz reply from the touch tone. did you try to press it twice or more when pressing the open door number on the pad?
Again, try the sim on different phones for test to see if it works on other phones. As seen on that Apply posts, different versions of iPhonr could give you different results

did you try the sim card in another phone
update the phone with latest OS
we see people with this issues before but there are also other people confirming the buzz eork. So, it could be just an incompatible buzz system of some particular ones.
And check Apple Community. I did a search and found some discussions there., There was one saying it works on iPhone 8 but not 12
