Can receive texts messages but can't send them

I can receive text/picture messages, I can send pictures messages but can't send text messages. Anyone else experience this and have a solution? ( I have contacted support and am waiting for their engineers to get back to me. )

If you have full service you should be able to send/receive SMS.

To send/receive MMS you have to activate DATA on your phone even when using native texting app.

what phone do you have? you tried Reset All Network

and if you are on Android, try this
