I just transferred to a plan unlimited calls and TXT from today , my plan have TXT. but my TXT. is not working. I have iphone 6S , i put my IMESSAGE off, also i reboot my iphone, also i removed the sim card and put it back but still not working. Please any solution for my issue.

You'll need to configure your phone for Public Mobile.
Settings > Carrier/Network Selection > "Automatic" (or "Public Mobile")
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data > ON
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Data Network > (Public Mobile's APN settings)
Restart the device for changes to take effect.
