UPDATE: Ha ha ha - just noticed that the friend must have somehow activated "lost/stolen".
As soon as I deactivated it the "auto-pay" kicked in and all is now fine again.
Glad to hear their account is up and running again. I have read a few posts on FB about people activating lost/stolen.

I also can't solve the problem of their accounts not accepting payments.

PM is a DIY system. Not everyone with the know how to do it on their own. We are here to help. But people still have to learn how to do it. I educate my referees. I tell them what will happen if thing goes wrong. No call center. If you disclose what the PM support system, they cannot blame you after activation.

@BEER Have you friends come here and talk about the problems. Then they will learn and not come to you to get the answers.
