Can not add $10 voucher to *611

Don73

Hello. I am having trouble adding a voucher I bought from walmart for $10 to *611.
Thinking it was a problem with Walmart, I went to a Canada post office that sells the vouchers. I bought another $10 voucher from them.

Sadly neither work and I must have them on my account by the 2nd of October.

Yes the code is inputted correctly.

One thing noted is that when trying to call out it says "Number changed to: " which is not my phone number. and refuses to dial out. but calling 611 does say I have the correct amount of funds already on the account. I just need to add the $10.

@Don73 is that a PM voucher?  I thought PM is not selling PM voucher anymore

But you can open a ticket with PM and ask if that is really a PM voucher

It has been 2 days since I purchased the vouchers from Walmart and Canadapost(inside shoppers drug mart). Both were purchased Thursday and Friday.

@Don73

if you want to add funds instantly, use this link for Muskbird on-line payment vouchers. They're reputable and add funds right away. They do charge a small user fee but they all do, don't they.

Where you got the voucher from? When you got it?  Vouchers from some stores need to wait 24 hours before it can be used

If it has been over 24 hours, ask PM to check

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@Don73  It might be that those retailers of public mobile vouchers can sometimes take 24 hours after purchase to be used , some retailers have instant usage such as shoppers  drug mart , shell gas /7-11 stores so if it’s not been 24 hours since you purchased them I’d wait for full 24 hours to pass then try and load them again *611 and it should work
