plan change

I want to down grade my current 5g plan to the $25 4g plan but under the plan changes only the 5 g plans are showing.how do I make the change to a 4g plan?

You can only downgrade to plans you see on My Account -> Change Subscription . If you don't see it, then you cannot change it

But change to the cheapest plan you see first z there is a chance you will see other cheaper plan after

@kkwok  Unfortunately we can only change to the plans we see available to us in our accounts , despite what we see in the website, public mobile has made it more tricky to downgrade plan price , only way around this is to create new account with desired plan with new phone number and new email , that or port number out and back in on newly created account with new email and sim

Hello @kkwok 

For a company that sells PREPAID service, it doesn't allow you to downgrade. Even though you prepay for the service you want, you are locked in to that plan and only allows you to move up to higher priced plans. Yes, I fully understand that totally defeats the purpose of being a prepaid service but....  it is what it is. The only way to get the plan you want, and that's if you wish to stay with Public Mobile, is to port out to a different provider and then port back in as a new customer. Sucks but this is how they run their service.
