Trying to access my account. Can not access or create an account to change my billing info

did you ever have a My Account setup?
if you activated online before, you should have it setup
But if you cannot remember, just open ticket with CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
from the list of , choose "Contact
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@danntiny - are you a current customer (active within 90 days)?
If so, try the Forgot your Password option? If still issues after that, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
