Can anyone get a hold of a CS or mod?

I have an urgent situation where my sim from old carrier no longer works and the number ported to Public isnt activated yet.  When I login it keeps asking for OTP that is sent to my phone number which is not activated.

I am in a hell loop. Help

The Moderator is now renamed CS_Agent.

Are you a member since June 4/23 and porting and subscribing/activating a new plan?

If you replied to the text with YES from your old carrier within the 90 minute window.

Reboot your phone by powering off then back on. 
If that didn’t work then there could be a provisional/backend issue with your SIM.

Just private message a CS_Agent because it is Black Friday issues, it will take longer for the agent to respond but keep your eyes on your avatar icon for a notification.

Having the same problem.  I clicked didn’t receive a code and had it sent via email.  But I can’t get incoming calls, says my number is disconnected.  Can make calls though lol

 Did yiu already submit ticket with CS agent? if not, message here (or message again)
