Hello,
My Public Mobile phone number stopped working after my payment method expired.
The last payment was made on February 9, 2026.
My phone now shows No Service and calls to my number say that the number is not in service.
Can my old phone number be recovered?
Thank you.

Looks like it is more than 90 days almost 1 week. Sorry it has been return to the carrier you got the number from.
If you don’t remember the carrier. Let us know you number area code and first 3 number and I can look it is.

The maximum number of days to be in suspension without payment or Available Funds is 90 days. After that the number would be returned to the original carrier and gone.
But you can try and submit a ticket through the chatbot and ask.

hi @motoyama
Possible, but depends.
your last payment was Feb 9, 2026. The cycle ends on March 11. 90 days from March 11 is Jun 9 when the account was permanently closed and you lost your number. It has been 8 days since. There is a slim chance PM agent can assist and assign you back the old number to a new Public Mobile account. But you have to check with them directly. You can submit ticket by direct message:
