Reduce plan

I would like to reduce my plan from the $40/ month to the $25/ month. This doesn't appear as an option., though there are plenty available to increase my amount. I don't call US or Mexico... ever. I don't use that much data. I don't need to pay the extra $.

You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!

If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.

Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plan are offered to existing customers.

you can only change to plan available on your My Account.  Change to cheaper plan is possible, but usually do not have too many choices.  You might see the $25 plan on other accounts or for new subscribers, but if it is not offered on your My Account, Change Subscription page, then you won't be able to change to it

See if you have other cheaper plan and change to those first.  If you don't see other cheaper plans or not one you like, check back weekly for new offers
