You may possibly be able to reactivate it for some period of time like 30 or 90 days but only if it has the exact same phone number associated with the SIM.

Unfortunately you cannot reuse it. Like most other Canadian carriers, PM SIM card can be activated only once.

PM SIM cards are not reusable. They can be activated only once.
Some vendors like Walmart or PM kiosk can offer you free SIM when you activate in-store, but it's YMMW.
If you want to order one online, there's some selling on Amazon for $7.69

@ryanmobile No, once you port out you account gets closed and the sim card number cannot be used again.

No, you can't. Once the account has been ported, the sim become inactive and you can no longer use it. You will have to get a new one.
