Hi all,
I’m having some struggles communicating my issue with the Public Mobile agents through the ticket system. Can I talk with Koodo or Telus over the phone to better explain my problem?

while you wait for Customer Support, have a look around the Announcements and learn to use those Help Files .

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

Although Telus is the parent company of PM and Koodo. PM is structured as an online format.
Telus/Koodo staff will not help.
But members here might be able to help if it is a common issue…so what is your problem?
