Can I cancel or delay my plan activation?

Can I cancel my plan? I just bought it but can not get out of my old phone plan for another month. They will need a whole month notice to port out the number :(.

hi @Sonina 

if you ordered a sim card and waiting for it to deliver and arrive, then yes, you can delay it for as many as 90 days

but if you have activated with eSIM, the account already fully activated, you will have to check with PM support agent
