Hi,
I recently decided to switch to Public mobile, paid for the plan, waiting for SIM but it taking so long for the sim to arrive. Switched to bell plan due to deal for Lucky mobile customers. Is it possible to get refund for money paid for the monthly subscription. The phone line hasn't been activated as the SIM hasn't arrived yet.

@Amardha , generally this service doesn't offer refunds. You can use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket and inquire about the SIM card delivery and refund.

yes, you can still cancel since you are waiting for the sim card and your account not fully activated yet
please message support agent and request cancellation and request refund
