I got a SIM card for my sister to use while she is visiting Canada. Is there a way that a customer service agent can activate her sim without her having to use the app. The app won't work on her phone. Can a rep help her activate the sim without the app? Also, can she activate the SIM by going to a Telus store in person?

@andrewgurza6 You can also download the app on your phone and activate her account then delete the app. Once activated the account can be managed in a browser from then on.

TELUS/Koodo stores apparently will not offer any support for PM, it must be done all online through the Chatbot or CS_Agent.

you can use the browser to activate as far as the payment step. Then the site will ask you to download the app
Instead, you will have to ask support agent to help to pick a phone number for you and complete the activation. So after payment, message support agent here
