Can I Keep existing rewards with new subscription

Hi,

I am a public mobile customer for more than 5 years. My current plan is 15gb 4g  $40 / month. I have subscribed for black Friday deal  40gb 5g  $34 / month plan which activates on next renewal. Can I keep my existing rewards and add-ons with the new plan. Please advice.

Hi @Panduka,

Yes absolutely! The legacy rewards are attached to your account and not your plan. You can switch plans as often as you wish and the rewards will always follow you. You just need to make sure not to covert your legacy rewards to the new points system.

@Panduka Please note that the Legacy

Rewards are connected to your

public mobile account and not the

subscription or plan you have.

Changing plans will not affect your.

monthly rewards. You will keep

your monthly savings.

I myself have changed once, and I

still have my rewards.

If asked to switch to the new

system, 'opt out' as your savings

are much beneficial on the old

Legacy Rewards. Switching is irreversible.
