Calls not working can't find mod link

My plan just renewed and I paid for prov talk text and 6 gb but when I go to make a call it says I don't have calling. Why is there not a button that just posts straight to a mod? Under contacting mod team it says to search for moderator team and when I do that it just displays posts of how to contact mod team by searching for mod team. Is some kind of joke?
