I've been a Public Mobile customer since December 2023.
My calls keep dropping after 15 or so minutes of being on the phone. It’s like cujimotos issue here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Dropped-Call/m-p/1182077#M819490
I can't find any clear reason on why this is happening, it doesn't seem to matter where I am (indoors, outdoors, etc).
If this can't be fixed, I will be forced to cancel my plan and go elsewhere-- I need to have reliable calls.

I can't believe this is still happening after all this time. It happens to my mom often when I'm talking to her. She says it randomly happens throughout the day.

what phone do you have? try Reset All networks and see if it works better
try putting the network mode to 3G and see if it helps
last, ask support agent to refresh your account, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@hairbag1 had an answer to this problem in the issue you linked: “ 3G instead of 5G or LTE...it cleans up the call...but gotta remember to switch back to LTE when done the call !!”
