@raghav it could be just a local 3g network issue.  I suggest you open ticket with PM support and they can confirm if they are aware of it and if fix is on the way

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

So you indicated all "initial calls going to directly voice mail" - do you mean that the SECOND call will successfully come through to your phone? You confirmed that the issue persists when you switch your phone to 3G only mode? (which means disabling LTE, and forcing only 3G aka HSPA or WCDMA mode)

Any issues with outgoing calls?

Have you ensured that you don't have any contacts in your blocked callers list?

Can you try your SIM in another phone?

Any difference if the caller blocks their caller ID, so that the call comes in as "Private" or "Anonymous"? Mobile callers do that by prefixing #31# before the 10 digit numbers. Land line callers can do that by prefixing *67.

If you need a 2nd phone line to assist with testing, consider signing up for a free account from TextNow, Fongo Mobile, or freephoneline.ca. TextNow also allows calling from your PC browser after the account is setup.

Few months @raghav ? yikes.

If this is not a network issue (which may be shared if you submit a ticket via @Outdoorsman post), then can you see if your phone calling app has a setting on it where you only accept callers from your contact list?

If you do have this on, turn it off, or add these callers to your contacts so they do not go to voicemail.

@raghav

do you have other device you can tried your SIM on it....

@raghav Hi go into your settings and manually select 3g in your network settings then contact

a service rep and ask them to look into the problem for you

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Or  private message them here
