Calls going straight to voicemail

Just ported over a few days ago. Everything seems to be ok but occasional I'll have a voicemail show up without any missed calls show. Is this a known issue?

At work I get 5 bars of LTE and at home 1-2 LTE or 5 bars of 3G

@DjRags604 I only get 1 bar in my apartment using an iPhone 5c, but calls seem to get through. I don't receive a lot of calls, mind you, but haven't had anyone notify me of issues. I think @imm1304 is correct that you may be in a poor reception area, or maybe it was just a fluke. If it keeps happening, let the community know.

Nope not on call forwarding. The same person who left a message called back 30 min later and the call came through fine.

I am in a good LTE coverage area but currently sitting at only 1 bar. Using an iPhone 6.

Welcome to PM!  No, its not a known issue.  Haven't heard it before and in more than a year, I haven't expereinced this either.  

Which phone are you using?  Are you in a poor network coverage spot with low signals when this happens?
