I’m having trouble with incoming call from the local hospital land line. When they call all they get is a busy signal ,this has been happening for a month or so.And with my current heath problems this is not acceptable.I have rebooted my phone it never helped.

Yes, open ticket with PM support and see what they can do. But since it is incoming calls from another provider, if the call never get to PM/Telus network, PM would not be able to trace it. I see issues before that the calls got routed without Bell network, hence only Bell can see the problem and update their routing tables internally
But message support and ask them to escalate to engineer for further investigation. Please use this direct message link, it should work (Post us error screenshot if not)

Thanks for the reply .Yes there is a chance it could be routed improperly ,but I think it’s Public mobile job to follow this up .I cannot put in a ticket because it freezes up when doing it.
Can another member put in a ticket for them to contact me,I don’t no we’re to go from here .Thanks again

Then use the private message method with the envelope in the upper right or your snail avatar and messages. In the To box start typing cs_agent and it will pop out and you can select it. They will get back to you and ask a bunch of verification questions.
Adding - one finger typing on a phone.

I was standing next to the callers at two different places when I did a test in two different places in the hospital.I think the hospital is with Bell
with Bell .My wife is with Bell on her phone and it works fine!

@moemoe they get busy signal but not voicemail?
do you notice if any chance they just unable to reach you when you are at some particular place? maybe they can reach you if you are at other area?
Also, you mentioned if they are calling from landlines, so, it is from Bell or Telus landlines?
I would wonder if it is an issue with that particular landline provider. Any chance if the calls were not route from their network properly. See if you can trim down to particular provider.

Check Call Blocking/Do Not Disturb Settings: Ensure that you haven’t accidentally enabled call blocking or activated the “Do Not Disturb” mode on your phone. These settings might prevent certain calls from coming through. Double-check your phone’s settings to make sure that incoming calls are not being blocked.

@moemoe Are they dialling 1 in front of your number? Sometimes they might need to if your number is not from the same area.
