Calls don't work but everything is ok with my plan. Can't do any calls in Canada.

I'm assuming your status is 'active' since you said everything else is ok
Can you receive calls?
If not, is it possible that you are in 4g only area or that your phone is using only 4g. Try forcing 3g connection in your settings.
Can you test your sim in different phone?
If yes and the phone restart doesn't resolve it please contact moderators https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@HansWKoenig Your plan must be active otherwise the add-on will not work.

If above suggestions don't work, maybe try a network reset on your phone.
Just in case, make sure that do not disturb function or airplane mode is not turned on.

If you have another phone then try swapping the sim to see if it works. Try removing your sim and shut down your phone then put the sim back and restart your phone.

As others have pointed out, your PHONE NUMBER should be excluded from the screenshot you took and posted here on a public forum.
Recommend taking another screenshot and amend the top margin below the phone number listing.

If your overview page says Active then click on Change SIM and note the last 4 digits of the registered SIM. Then take out your physical SIM in your phone and compare the numbers. Are they the same?

@HansWKoenig You should edit your post by clicking the top right 3 dots and remove your phone number. This is a public forum, best not to give out any personal info.
Try adding a 1 in front of your number, see if that helps. What sort of message are you getting when you try to call?
