Calls and texts are not coming through!

I just switched to PM from Rogers a few days ago. About 50% of my calls and texts aren't coming through!

HI @Jordan80 

if it is only 50% of the calls not coming through, the porting is not a problem.  Please report back what porting team says (althought you might not need to call them at all)

please also try to reboot the phone and Reset all networks.  Maybe use another phone to test the PM sim card as well

@Jordan80  Sounds like porting is not complete . I will send you the porting team number private message and they can re trigger the port request for you . Be sure to leave Roger’s SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text
