I can’t call out it’s telling me that I’ve used all my calling minutes when I have unlimited minutes how do I do

The message about being out of minutes means that the Public Mobile billing system has decided not to to allow the call. Unlike the "long distance charges may apply" messages, this message about being out of minutes does not follow with a completed call. The system will just hang up on the customer.

Did you try to reboot your phone? Turn off/wait a bit/turn on.
Took SIM out/in and tried again?
