Forgot email address for one of my phones

Hello,

I forgot the email i used for one of my phone numbers. Now the credit card is expired and my account is suspended. I can not log back in to update payment info. When I  tired to recover the email address by enter my phone number, it send me a link, but where? very frustrated. Please  assist.

did you try using the Forgot username link on the login page?

if that does not help, PM support can sort it out for you.  Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
