Calling out denied

Everytime I try to make an out going call it says call ended right away.

Which phone are you currently using? Side note, have you checked your account to see if your payment is up to date?

if your plan includes only a limited amount of calling minutes, you could have run out of time. In that case you can get a Canada wide calling add-on with 500 minutes for $5.

Alternative is to upgrade to a plan with unlimited Canada wide calling as most plans offer that now.

you are not on $15 or $13 plan, right?

try reboot the phone , and Reset Network Settings on the phone.  Should fix it
