I have done all these suggestions listed above . No difference here in Newfoundland. Still (poor) data and dropped calls all over the place all the time .

I'm assuming everyone thinks it's an issue with Sasktel because apparently Telus, Koodo, Public Mobile, Bell and a few others run off Sasktel towers within Saskatchewan.
Telus appears to only have two of their own towers across all of Saskatchewan.

Everytime in the past that I've gone to Saskatchewan my phone has been with Bell, and if they run anything like Public Mobile in SK than I can confirm everything worked fine in that department with them everytime I was in Saskatchewan.. I'll hope the same for Public Mobile, however I recently did some Referrals there as I mentioned below and everything seems to be working fine for them so far.
I'm sure alot of other Community members are Saskatchewan Residents using PM, I wonder if anyone else has similar issues with Public Mobile in SK?

It looks like there is a few towers, but Public Mobile is running off other Providers towers.
The Public Mobile Coverage Map shows solid coverage across almost all of Saskatchewan.
This third party website shows you all the Cell Towers across Canada and who owns them based on colour, so it's easy to understand.
Wikipedia says: Telus Mobility partners with Bell Mobility to operate three different kinds of nationwide networks in Canada. These networks include a UMTS network, an LTE network and a 5G network. Telus has the fastest mobile network in Canada as of 2020 according to Speedtest.net.
Whistleout claims: The maps confirms that Telus and Bell will offer the most robust coverage in Saskatchewan, followed by Rogers.
This old Telus Forum says: Telus and Bell do not have any towers in Saskatchewan. They will share Sasktel's. In Manitoba, Bell and Telus will be sharing towers.

@Kurtybird then Bell/Lucky won't help either.
you have to go with Rogers
But before you move on, ask people on other providers, ask them how good/bad before you move on

@Community_QA_ says: @Kurtybird Lucky won't help you.
Ken Adams says: Neither will living in Saskatchewan. 😂

Cause here in Saskatchewan there's two towers, rogers and sasktel, telus and bell don't have any towers
08-07-2023 09:59 PM
Lucky won't help you. Lucky and PM uses the same Telus/Bell towers
And why you tink it has soemthing to do with Sasktel?
try using 3G and try reset all networks

This happened like two weeks ago too, where I can't get or receive calls, or use mobile data for an entire day or two
08-07-2023 09:58 PM
Automatic, I have a feeling it's sasktel towers and nothing to do with public
08-07-2023 09:56 PM
Is Network Selection set to Automatic or Manual?

Where abouts? I just made a few Referrals in the North Battleford area of Saskatchewan and I haven't yet had any complaints from those friends yet.
(My Referrals just left Sasktel paying $86/Monthly for 5GB, now with Public Mobile on the 50GB • $55 Unlimited.)

I've reset my phone before, it worked for a week or so snd now it's back to no signal for like 12 hrs a day
08-07-2023 07:45 PM
It doesn't help, I don't think I'm the only one in Saskatchewan experiencing issues
08-07-2023 07:44 PM
My phone doesn't have volte, it's a note 10+
08-07-2023 07:40 PM
@Kurtybird Try resting your network settings . Or put network to 3G see if it helps for voice . Or also is it possible for you to test the SIM card in another phone to test ?
08-07-2023 07:31 PM
before you go...can you let us know if volte has been turned ON on your phone ? Log in to settings to see if it's there for your use. Are you a new PM customer ? What make is your phone ?
