Hello,
When I call into the Yukon to my folks I get the following message:
EC2 All circuits are busy.
I've reached out to Northwest Tel and they tell me the issue is with my phone provider. Can someone look and see what the heck is going on with my phone? I can make calls to everywhere else I try without issue and when my Mom who lives in the Yukon is on her cell, she can call me when she has a signal - but she can't call her home number.

Thank you for your response, but that doesn't work. I've tried it.
This issue has been ongoing for nearly 6 weeks. I can use my land line and get through sporadically, but not with my cell. I've reached out to several other friends who have Telus, or telus subsiduary phones and they're all in the same position.
Northwest Tel suggested I submit a ticket to have the issue looked at - is that possible.

occasionally..that happens alright.
Try dialing 1 ahead of the area code.
Try your call again i9n a few minutes.
