hi@GoDiv
it's really not any scam as I see it, what you need to do is just some mobile help
you can ask PM agent to refresh your account and tell them your conference call no longer working
Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit ticket by direct message:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Remember CS_agent will reply to your Community inbox within 2 to 4 hours, please check your inbox here:

HI @GoDiv
the only scam you got was by the police
Dialing #43# on your smartphone deactivates the Call Waiting feature. Once entered, incoming calls will go directly to voicemail or sound busy if you are already on an active call, instead of alerting you to the second incoming call.
To "cancel" the deactivation code #43# and turn your Call Waiting back on, you simply need to dial *43#.
you can also reset all conditional call forwarding features: To reset conditional forwarding (Voicemail Default): Dial ##004# and press Call.

why you think you account got hacked?
if you got calls similar to your own number, or someone said your number called you but you didn't make the call, there is no need to worry. The issue someone think you called them but you didn't is call Caller ID spam. It has nothing to do with hacking. They just fake a phone number. It is not good, but your account is not hacked.
But if you need PM to help, simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox, between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:

here's what I do....I never answer a call that I don't recognize the callers number....if it's a legit call, they can leave a message and I can call back if I choose. If you adopt this suggestion, those calls will soon diminish to maybe 1 or 2 per month. Once the bad guys know you'll answer all calls....well... you found out what happens.
What makes you suspect your phone has been hacked ?

hi @GoDiv
scam call does not mean account is hacked. Can you tell us why you think your account hacked?
start with blocking the number.
Go to My Account and update the password
